President to address 64th annual convocation of IIT Kharagpur tomorrow

New Delhi, July 19: The President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, will visit Kharagpur in West Bengal tomorrow (July 20, 2018) to grace and address the 64th annual convocation of IIT Kharagpur, a Rashtrapati Bhavan press release today said.
